Sterile Processing Technician (Central Sterile Processing), Detroit, MI
The Central Sterile Processing Technician provides sterile products and instruments to support the healthcare team. This role requires attention to detail and consistent completion of sterile processing activities, including reading written materials and interpreting temperature gauge readings. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating night shift (10:30 PM–7:00 AM), with 8 shift hours and a minimum of 40 hours per week; weekends are required.
- Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an appropriate aide training program, or a central technician program, or 6 months of previous experience in central supply; ability to read, write, and perform arithmetic; ability to read temperature gauges; NICHSPDP certification is required.

- Additional Information: First day will be a day shift to get badge and other access. Candidate must be punctual.
