Job Details
- Role: Surg Technician in the Operating Room with a specialty in Cardiovascular Open Heart procedures.
- Location: Rogers, Arkansas.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Graduate of Surgical Technology Program, LPN program, or comparable education; BLS certification; 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Responsibilities: Participate in perioperative patient care, support sterile procedures, monitor surgical supplies and instruments, sterilize instruments, and assist surgical teams during invasive procedures. Contribute to departmental meetings and quality improvement activities.
- Preferred Qualifications: CST Certification, multilingual abilities, ophthalmology or eye surgery experience.
- Additional Information: Participation in intraoperative procedures, ensuring operating suite preparedness, and maintaining patient safety standards are key duties.
