Job Summary
Operating Room Specialist — Location: Not specified. This role involves providing specialized surgical support in an inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery setting. The position requires experience with a variety of surgical procedures including bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, major plastic reconstruction, robotic surgery, and kidney and liver transplants.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: NBSTSA certification, current BLS and ACLS certifications, minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, and eligibility to work in the specified location.
- Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include assisting in surgical procedures across a broad range of specialties, maintaining sterile environment, and supporting the surgical team.
- Ability to start as soon as possible with a start date of 09/28/2026 and end date of 12/26/2026.
- Orientation will be scheduled weekly, every Monday barring holidays.
- Candidates must provide available dates and times for interview upon submission.
- All RTO requests must be presented at the time of submission.
- Parking can cost up to $43/day in some cases; further details available upon inquiry.
- No local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 miles from the facility).
