Job Summary
Certified Operating Room Technician, Certified Operating Room Tech — Englewood, CO. This position supports operating room procedures, with a focus on Neuro, Spine, and Orthopedic cases. The role requires strong accountability, clinical expertise, teamwork, and self-direction in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of current hospital experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist.
- NBSTA and DORA certifications required before submission.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Orthopedic or joint experience.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Level I and trauma experience.
- Prior experience with Meditech.
- Additional Information:
- Must be competent in Neuro and Spine procedures.
- Typical procedures include Neuro, transplant, Orthopedic, and Spine cases.
- Flexibility to work day or evening hours as needed.
- One to two on-call shifts per week from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM may be required.
