Job Summary:
A Certified Operating Room Technician (OR Scheduler) is needed at a healthcare facility in Englewood, Colorado. Job Details:
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid NBSTACertification, DORA Certification, BLS Certification, current acute care hospital experience as a Certified Operating Room Technician (minimum 6 months) in an obstetric or surgical setting.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, night shift from 5P to 5A, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid NBSTACertification, DORA Certification, BLS Certification, current acute care hospital experience as a Certified Operating Room Technician (minimum 6 months) in an obstetric or surgical setting.
- Additional Information: This position entails surgical tech duties in the operating room, cleaning after vaginal deliveries, and working with equipment such as EFM (TOCCO, US), Doppler, and Novii. The unit has a staffing ratio that can fluctuate with patient acuity, with 1 charge nurse, 5-6 registered nurses, and 1 OB scrub tech on each shift.
