Job Summary
Certified Operating Room Tech, Operating Room, Asheville, NC. This position supports surgical services across multiple specialties, including general, gynecologic, robotic, neurologic, orthopedic, plastic, urologic, burn, and trauma procedures. The role requires broad surgical knowledge, advanced clinical skills, variable scheduling, and participation in call coverage.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts with 10-hour shifts and a minimum of 40 hours per week; variable scheduling and call requirements apply.
- Required Qualifications:
- NBSTSA certification
- Skill level of 3 or higher in joint, neurologic, orthopedic, or vascular services
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Broad surgical knowledge
- Experience supporting general, gynecologic, robotic, neurologic, orthopedic, plastic, urologic, burn, and trauma procedures
- Additional Information:
- Supports operating room services across multiple surgical specialties.
- Floating to other departments may be required based on operational needs.
- Assignment dates are 11/30/2026 through 03/01/2027.
