Job Details
- Position Description: Occupational Therapist SNF. Start date: 10/26/2026; contract length: 13 weeks.
- Schedule: 8-hour days, days shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications and licenses as required for occupational therapy practice; degree in occupational therapy; at least 2 years of relevant experience; valid state licensure; experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting.

- Additional Information: Current staff includes 3 Occupational Therapists and 2 Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. One Occupational Therapist is reducing hours to weekends only.
