Job Summary:
This position is for an Occupational Therapist (OT) Outpatient in Northampton, Massachusetts. The Occupational Therapist I will provide patient care for individuals requiring outpatient rehabilitation services, including general outpatient therapy, hand therapy, and neuro rehabilitation. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required; Master of Science or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred; Valid licensure as Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts required; Current Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association required; Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient general occupational therapy experience, including hand and neuro therapy.
- Additional Information: Must have outpatient general occupational therapy experience. Outpatient occupational therapy hand and neuro. The role involves providing care directed toward individuals' specific needs to promote their physical, functional, psychological, social, and emotional well-being. The position operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures, under the supervision of Level II Therapists and reporting to the Assistant Director, Rehabilitation Services.
