Occupational Therapist Outpatient (OT OP) in the Tampa area. Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, current CPR certification, and active license for the state.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops and modifies treatment plans, and ensures functional recovery. Completes medical record documentation accurately and timely, adheres to all professional and organizational standards, and participates in student and professional development programs. Maintains licensure and completes required continuing education, following all safety and compliance protocols.
