Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) located in Knox City, Texas. This position involves executing therapy plans, instructing patients on activities of daily living, and documenting patient progress within a long-term care setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Knox City, Texas
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Texas or compact Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) license, 2 years of OTA experience in a long-term care setting, and DOR (Department of Rehabilitation) experience is preferred
- Additional Information: The primary responsibilities include treatment implementation, ADL training, adaptive equipment instruction, monitoring and documentation, education and support, and operational tasks. Flexibility with schedule and responsibilities is essential to meet patient needs.
