Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) in Medford, Oregon. This position involves providing inpatient rehabilitation therapy on a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Job Details:
- Location: Medford, OR
- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: 0 years of experience; current BLS certification; pending license; must have Epic charting system experience; must have at least 1 year of related experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in inpatient rehabilitation units, acute care, or adult rehabilitation facilities; proficiency with assessment, discharge planning, lifting and transfer techniques, and managing neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease and CVA rehabilitation.
- Additional Information: The position involves floating between units and sister facilities. Candidates should have a vehicle for transportation. Travelers may be required to float across nearby sister facilities. Refusal to float could result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. The position requires submitting two references covering the past year. Vaccinations for COVID-19 and flu are expected.
