Job Details:
- Location: Carlsbad, New Mexico
- Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient
- Shift: Days, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one Saturday per month and holiday requirements
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/17/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- No floating required
- No call requirement
- Patient Ratio: 1:1
- Holidays required
- Number of beds in unit: 99-bed facility with 10 inpatient rehab beds and 15 swing beds
- Certifications & Licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS) and New Mexico state licensure required
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as an Occupational Therapist in an inpatient setting
- Clinical responsibilities include performing evaluations, treatments, participating in care planning, discharge planning, administrative duties, and involvement in performance improvement activities
