Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) inpatient rehabilitation position in Baltimore, Maryland. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role involves providing specialized therapy services within an inpatient rehab unit, supporting patients with spinal cord injuries and neurological disorders. The position offers a day shift working 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week, with the possibility of floating within scope as needed.

- Required Qualifications: Active Maryland or Compact State Occupational Therapist license, NBCOT certification, BLS certification, CPI certification, minimum 2 years of experience, minimum 0 years of experience (for new grads accepted), preference for experience with Epic electronic medical records.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with acute care, adaptive equipment assessment, neurological disorders, spinal cord injuries, and comprehensive memory care.
- Schedule: 5x8s days, one Saturday per month required, no on-call, 16 orientation hours.
- Additional Information: Candidate must be comfortable floating within scope as needed, with no restrictions or special requests. The position involves working with all levels of spinal cord injuries and neurological disorders in an inpatient rehab setting.
