Job Summary:
A Nuclear Medicine Technologist position is available in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role involves performing general nuclear medicine studies, including SPECT and nuclear cardiology procedures. Candidates must bring their license on the first day. Candidates are required to have at least one year of experience in the field.
Job Details:
- Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Oklahoma or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license (required at time of submission). Valid Allied license if submitting to allied job. One year of experience in nuclear medicine technology. Certifications including Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Nuclear (ARRT N).
- Preferred Qualifications: Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience.
- Additional Information: The role includes performing a wide range of general nuclear medicine procedures with specialized equipment such as GE gamma cameras and uptake systems. Travelers will be expected to float to like units within their scope, with brief orientation provided on the unit. Vaccinations for COVID-19 and influenza are required at the time of assignment.
