Job Summary:
A Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Nuclear Medicine) position is available in Richmond, Virginia. This role involves performing a variety of nuclear medicine procedures within a hospital setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:
- Location: Richmond, Virginia
- Unit type: Nuclear Medicine (NUC MED)
- Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB or ARRT), valid state license, BLS certification, and basic life support (BLS). Additional skills include advanced nuclear medicine procedures and familiarity with GE equipment and MEDITECH documentation system.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with all nuclear medicine examinations, familiarity with hospital-specific policies, and a strong technical skill set.
- Float: Float rotation may be required to PET and Nuclear Medicine (NM) units.
