Job Summary
Nuclear Medicine Technologist position in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves performing general and cardiac nuclear imaging procedures, supporting the department with patient care, and ensuring compliance with safety and procedural standards. The position offers a comprehensive clinical environment with opportunities to work with advanced imaging technology.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shift; 8 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Must be registered by either the ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) or NMTCB. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: PET/CT experience is preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information:
- Department performs 7-10 nuclear medicine studies daily.
- Support services include guest transportation and radiology nursing.
- Technology includes EPIC electronic medical record system, Epic Radiant RIS, Philips PACS, GE Infinia, and GE Ventri equipment.
- Orientation includes administrative onboarding and departmental training.
- Scrub color is black.
- Parking is available at no cost in surface lots and parking decks.
