Job Summary:
A Nuclear Medicine Technologist position is available in Beaumont, Texas. This role involves performing a variety of routine and advanced nuclear medicine imaging procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position requires dedication to patient safety, technical excellence, and flexibility to work various shifts and/or at different campuses as needed.
Job Details:
- Location: Beaumont, Texas
- Schedule: 07/29/2026, Days shift, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 10 hours per shift and a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent; Nuclear Medicine Technology (N) certification by ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board); Texas MRT licensure by TMBB; BLS certification (AHA only); 1 year of experience in a clinical nuclear medicine setting preferred; Basic computer skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a clinical nuclear medicine setting.
- Additional Information: The case load is currently heavy, requiring the technologist to work until every case is completed for the day. The role does not require on-call or weekend work. The position is a backfill/replacement for a previous technologist.
- Responsibilities: Perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures, support other technologists, troubleshoot equipment, participate in quality assurance, and adhere to radiation safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure imaging data is correctly stored and processed. Demonstrate professionalism and uphold safety and compliance standards throughout all duties.
