Job Summary:
MRI Technologist position located in Somerset, KY. This role involves operating Hitachi MRI equipment within an acute care facility that offers advanced cardiac and neurosurgery services. The technician will work a schedule aligned with the hospital’s weekly hours, contributing to high-quality patient imaging and care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday through Monday, with a weekly guarantee of 36 hours, averaging 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in MRI technology, 1-2 years of experience in an acute care setting, and relevant education credentials. Candidates must have significant experience operating Hitachi MRI equipment and be able to work within a 25-mile radius of the facility if floating is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced neurosurgery or cardiac imaging, additional certifications in related modalities preferred.
- Additional Information: Candidates must submit a complete submittal packet including resume, skills checklist, and self-assessment. The role may require floating within specified distance limits of the facility.
