Job Summary:
The location is Iowa City, Iowa. This MRI Technologist position involves working weekdays during daytime shifts. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures in a hospital setting, with experience in a level 1 trauma center and at least two years of experience as a radiologic technologist in MRI preferred.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Iowa Permit to Practice; minimum of two years’ experience as a radiologic technologist in MRI in a hospital setting; experience in a level 1 trauma center is desired; location in Iowa; no minimum years of experience required
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a level 1 trauma center is desired
- Float: Float rotation may be required if specified
- Additional Information: Candidates must hold a valid Iowa Permit to Practice; the position involves performing MRI procedures adhering to SOPs; candidates should be familiar with hospital policies and safety protocols
