Job Summary:
A healthcare organization is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to work in a level II trauma center located in Everett, Washington. The position requires candidates to bring their license on the first day. The MRI Technologist will perform a variety of specialized imaging exams, including cardiac and breast MRI, serving adult and pediatric patient populations. The shift is scheduled for three consecutive days from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and the assignment begins on 07/13/2026.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday through Friday, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: One year of experience in MRI imaging, WA State license, certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS) and ARRT-Magnetic Resonance (ARRT-MR) or ARRT- Imaging Technology (ARRT-IT).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents.
  • Float: Travelers may be asked to float within the hospital or to a nearby sister hospital as needed.
  • Additional Information: The department performs various exams such as Cardiac MRI, Breast MRI, Brain, Spine, Abdomen, and Extremities. Candidates will be exposed to both specialized and more routine scans, with patient acuity varying from ambulatory to total assist. The facility covers a multitude of diagnostics and uses EPIC for charting.
  • Submission Requirements: Candidates must provide two references covering at least one year (six months for CNA positions) within the last three years, including Charge RNs or Leads if applicable.
  • Other Notes: Flexibility to work during major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day) is required. The assignment involves performing complex imaging procedures utilizing various specialized equipment and techniques.
