Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist for a position located in Corpus Christi, Texas. The candidate will perform a variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures, support patient flow, troubleshoot equipment, and adhere to safety and quality standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Corpus Christi, Texas
- Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM; minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or an accepted and approved equivalent; Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) certification from ARRT or ARMRIT; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Level I or Level II hospital environment.
- Additional Information: This is a backfill replacement for Joe Ortega. The position involves working at a hospital with Level I or Level II trauma experience. Candidates must be flexible to work other shifts and/or at different campuses as needed.
