MRI Technologist in the MRI specialty is sought for a healthcare facility located in a regional area. Job Details
- Position Description: Backfill with tiered rates based on mileage measured by direct line — travel (101 miles or more), radius (51-100 miles), local (50 miles or less). The role requires working 2 out of 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day. The MRI Technologist must work evenings, with 8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: BLS certification; ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or ARMRIT (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists) license in MRI; Phillips experience; prior travel experience preferred; teaching hospital experience required; minimum of 1 year of experience; Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable.
- Additional Requirements: Must be flexible to float between inpatient (main campus) and outpatient (Tilley Drive, Fanny Allen) locations. No block schedules permitted. Bi-weekly orientations scheduled on Mondays. Candidates must be prepared to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
