Job Details
- Position: MRI Technologist
- Shift Time: Nights
- Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Required Qualifications: BLS certification; ARRT or ARMRIT license with MRI advanced licensure; Phillips experience; minimum of 1 year of experience; prior travel experience preferred; teaching hospital experience required; Epic experience within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable; 2 years of experience in MRI.
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday; no block schedules for any reason; bi-weekly orientations on Monday
- Additional Information:
- Backfill position with tiered rates based on mileage
- Travel (101 miles+), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less)
- Must work 2 out of 4 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Years Day)
- No call responsibilities; 1-2 weekends a month, including every other weekend or schedule adjusted to meet unit and patient needs; flexible scheduling required
- Ensuring all employment gaps over 90 days are explained is essential
- All work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) must be complete for submission
- Reliable transportation or personal/rental vehicle strongly recommended during months of November through April, as public transportation is not accessible in this area.
