Job Summary:
MRI Technologist position located in Albany, New York. This role involves proficiently performing routine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exams, including scanning inpatient, ICU, and emergency room patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:
- Location: Albany, New York
- Position: MRI Technologist
- Schedule: Rotating shift hours, 12 hours per shift, with minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in ARRT preferred or ARMRIT certified, New York State license with injection, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, 3 years of experience able to independently scan
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Additional Information: Must be proficient in routine MRI exams, responsible for scanning inpatient, ICU, and ER patients. EMR used: Epic. Facility has 2 MRI scanners: 3T Siemens Skyra and 1.5T Siemens Symphony. Not responsible for breast MRI, cardiac MRI, or prostate MRI.
