Medical Technologist, Medical Technologist — West Valley. This position supports point-of-care testing in an emergency department laboratory setting. Responsibilities include performing testing and clerical duties as assigned to support clinical operations.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications:
- Full professional license required; associate-level credentials are not accepted.
- Certification through the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or Medical Technologist (MT) required.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Point-of-care testing knowledge preferred.
- Additional Information:
- Perform point-of-care testing.
- Complete clerical duties as assigned by nursing and laboratory leadership in support of freestanding emergency department operations.
- Position is for one opening.
- Anticipated start date: 12/07/2026.
- Assignment end date: 03/08/2027.
