Job Details
- Position Title: General Medical Technologist
- Location: UF Health St Johns Durbin Park Hospital, Laboratory unit
- Shift: 10-hour evenings, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM
- Schedule: Evening shifts, 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Florida license in Chemistry, Hematology, Immunohematology, Serology, Microbiology; ASCP or AMT certification; a minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Medical Technologist
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Wellsky and Epic systems
- Additional Information: Interviews conducted by the unit manager. Flu vaccination or exemption required. No requests for time off during the first two weeks; maximum of 8 days off allowed for the total assignment.
- Responsibilities: Performing laboratory testing across multiple specialties, multi-tasking, and supporting laboratory operations in a fast-paced environment.
