Job Summary: Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) — Lebanon, Oregon
The Laboratory Manager manages day-to-day operations in the laboratory department and partners closely with the Laboratory Director on policy and procedural matters. This role supports laboratory testing activities that serve hospital inpatient and emergency populations, as well as outpatient specimens. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days (8 hours), 40.0 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Five (5) years’ experience in a clinical role and two (2) years laboratory leadership experience; ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certified Medical Laboratory Scientist; proficiency with Kronos/UKG; proficiency with Epic Beaker; license required to be brought on the first day.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a hospital setting.
