Job Details
- Position: Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT)
- Location: United States (specific location not provided)
- Shift: Rotating, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Day shift)
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
- Certifications: All required certifications upon hire include MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) from AAB, AMT, ASCP, or MLT-P provisional (valid within 18 months)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year laboratory experience preferred, required minimum experience is 0 years
- Skills: Accuracy in patient testing, critical thinking, maintaining current knowledge of policies and procedures, organizational skills, and effective communication
- Responsibilities: Performing microbiology testing, utilizing Beaker Laboratory Information System, ensuring quality assurance and proficiency testing compliance
- Preferred Qualifications: Microbiology experience and Beaker Laboratory Information System experience
- Additional Information: Must possess required laboratory certifications upon hire and demonstrate proficiency in microbiology testing
