Job Summary
Mammographer – Mammography – Libertyville, Illinois. This position involves performing 3D mammography, screening, and diagnostic exams, with experience in stereotactic biopsy and Hologic equipment preferred. The role includes supporting both onsite and offsite patient care within a Level 1 Trauma Center and Level II NICU environment.
Job Details
- Certifications: BLS, ARRT, Illinois IEMA License (must be obtained prior to start)
- Skills required: 3D mammography, screening and diagnostic exams, stereotactic biopsy experience, Hologic experience; QA on mammography units preferred; PenRad and DEXA Scan experience a must; EPIC experience preferred
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
- Support on the unit: supervision, RT support available 24/7, hospitalist support 24/7
- Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC – required; floating to vary based on needs of onsite and off-site campuses
- Orientation: At least one shift for facility and unit flow
- Weekend rotation: Every other Saturday
- Holiday expectations: Approval required through management for time off
- Additional notes: Scrub color is Caribbean Blue, free parking available
