Job Summary:
Mammographer position available in a healthcare facility located in Stockbridge, Georgia. This role involves performing mammography imaging within the specialty of breast imaging, supporting diagnostic and screening procedures. The position requires a focused expertise in mammography techniques and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Job Details:
- Location: Northside Stockbridge Imaging, 239 Village Center Parkway, Suite 160, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281
- Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Shift Hours: 8 hours per shift
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Start Date: 10/05/2026
- End Date: 01/02/2027
- Required Qualifications:
- Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Mammography
- Education/Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty of mammography
- Location Requirements: Candidates must be within 50 miles of the facility (no local candidates otherwise)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act) log highly preferred
- Additional Information:
- Must work 2 major holidays out of the three: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
- Must work 1 minor holiday: Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve
