Job Details

- Schedule: 8-hour PM/NOC rotating shifts (1330-2200, and 0930-0600)
- Hours: Minimum of 36 hours and up to 48 hours per week
- Certifications: Minnesota LPN License (must be active), AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years licensed practical nurse experience and 1 year in long-term care setting. Charting experience with Matrix preferred.
- Required Qualifications: Active Minnesota LPN license, BLS certification, 2 years LPN experience, 1 year LTC experience, must be vaccinated against COVID-19 (exemptions considered)
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, rotating shifts, minimum 40 hours per week
- Additional Information: Will be required to float to Gundersen Harmony as needed; no on-call or callback required.
- Submission Requirements: Candidate must begin medical compliance within 48 hours of acceptance, or 24 hours for quick start.
