Job Summary
LPN, Long Term Care position supporting patient care in a long-term care setting. The assignment includes night shifts, weekend coverage, holiday coverage, and floating as needed to support unit and patient-care needs.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior travel experience required; EPIC experience within the past 2 years required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Dementia-capable care certification preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Assignment dates are 11/23/2026 through 03/14/2027. A minimum of every other weekend is required, and coverage may be scheduled any day from Monday through Sunday. Travelers must work two of the following four holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day. Block schedules are not available.
