Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Malone, New York. This role involves providing compassionate nursing care in a long-term care setting, with a focus on patient-centered services. The ideal candidate will be available to start promptly and meet all licensing and background check requirements.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Evening shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Sunday.
- Required Qualifications: Valid license on file at the time of submission; seven-year background check (including New York state check, nationwide, county court searches, FACIS (Fraud and Abuse Control Information System) 3, and sex offender registry) within 18 months of start date; AHA (American Heart Association) BLS certification; LTC (Long Term Care) experience; minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required; ability to cover CNA duties as needed.
- Additional Information: All employment gaps over 90 days must be fully explained. Complete work history details (bed count, electronic medical records system, facility type, etc.) are required for submission. This position involves shifts seven days a week with no block schedules; may require pick-up shifts. Reliable transportation is strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible in the area.
