Long Term Care (LTC) Nurse (RN or LPN) – Grand Marais, Minnesota. This role involves providing resident care within a skilled nursing facility, serving a geriatric patient population. Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Minnesota nursing license (can submit with temporary license), Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty (Long Term Care), experience in providing resident care, familiarity with Meditech electronic health record system.
- Schedule: Evenings, 8-hour shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Providing resident care to geriatric patients, floating between facility units as needed, ensuring quality and compliance in resident treatment.
- Additional Information: Candidate will need to be comfortable with working in a rural health environment, and must be able to adapt to different facility units. The position may involve working every other weekend. Floating between units and providing resident care are key aspects of this role.
