Job Summary
Bloomfield — Long Term Care. This position supports the care of geriatric patients in a post-acute setting during night shifts. The role includes weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled, with a focus on providing safe, compassionate long-term care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week; every other weekend and holidays as needed.
- Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Additional Information: The role serves a long-term care geriatric patient population in a post-acute setting. Typical staffing ratios are approximately 1 staff member to 15 patients. Documentation is completed using Point Click Care. Orientation includes building familiarization before the first shift, with shadowing available when possible.
