Job Summary:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Northampton, Massachusetts. This position involves delivering skilled nursing care in a home healthcare setting. The LPN will be responsible for performing patient visits in accordance with organizational policies and state nursing practice standards. Candidates are required to bring their LPN license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Northampton, Massachusetts
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with a weekend rotation of one weekend per month, working 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid LPN license, home care experience, and the ability to work within state and federal guidelines
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in home healthcare setting is preferred
- Additional Information: The position involves providing care to patients as delegated by the RN Case Manager and/or Clinical Team Manager. The LPN will perform approximately six patient visits per day, working within teams of RNs, PTs, OTs, and HHAs.
