Job Details
- Position Description: Provide direct nursing care, supervise Nursing Assistants, and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained according to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Required Qualifications: Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program; current, unencumbered, active Massachusetts LPN license; BLS / CPR and AED certification; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; capable of providing age-appropriate care; physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds; experience requirement: 0 years.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Responsible for administering medications, documenting resident care, performing clinical procedures such as catheterizations, blood draws, and dressing changes, and collaborating with physicians and family members to provide comprehensive care. Participate in resident orientation, perform routine laboratory tests, and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
