Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Clinical (INTRA CL) Technologist position available in Springfield. This role involves performing diagnostic and invasive procedures, supporting the care team during interventions, and operating specialized imaging equipment. The position requires proficiency in contrast administration and patient care, with a focus on providing high-quality specialized imaging services in a dynamic clinical environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week, from 10/05/2026 to 01/04/2027
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (R) Certification, minimum of two years Interventional Radiology experience, valid licensure in ARRT (R), BLS certification from AHA, and relevant clinical experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Certification in VI, CV, or RCIS
- Additional Information: The IR Special Procedure Technologist should be proficient in diagnostic and invasive procedures of various anatomy and pathology. Responsibilities include supporting procedural care, operating imaging equipment, administering contrast materials, reviewing medication reconciliation forms, and observing patients before, during, and after procedures. Scrubs (green surgical) will be provided and must be worn appropriately. Adequate patient transfer and immobilization techniques are essential. The position involves call coverage, with one to two weekends per month and four to six weekdays per month.
