Job Summary:
The Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist position is located in Seattle, Washington. This role involves performing a variety of interventional procedures, including chemo delivery, vascular imaging, biopsies, and other endovascular interventions. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); valid license to practice as an IR Technologist; California license preferred; 0 years of experience required.
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts from 0700 to 1730, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience in interventional radiology or related field.
- Additional Information: This position involves working in an IR unit with procedures such as adrenal angiography, angioplasty, embolization, IVC filter placement and removal, biopsies, stent placements, and more. The role includes setting up equipment, maintaining a sterile environment, and supporting patient care. Submission requires two references covering one year (or six months for CNAs) within the last three years during the compliance process and prior to start.
