Job Summary: Interventional Radiology Radiologic Technologist (Mankato, Minnesota) provides high-quality radiology imaging services for adolescents and adults. The role supports imaging needs across radiology and assigned operating room areas while following patient and staff safety guidelines. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8 hour shifts, Mon-Fri, with start times of 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, and 8:30 AM; minimum 40.0 hours per week. Call may be assigned based on experience and facility needs.
- Required Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technology program or registry eligible with certification obtained before start date of employment; Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as R.T.(R); ARRT registration in Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI) within 18 months of start date; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; experience within a sterile environment and aseptic technique (preferred).
- Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree.
- Additional Information: Provides service to adolescents and adults; produces high-quality images for radiology and assigned operating room areas that meet established departmental standards; demonstrates competence in a variety of equipment and technology; fosters teamwork through effective communication; maintains flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and lengths; ability to work varied hours and shift lengths and respond to an on-call pager that may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
