- Preferred Qualifications: VI (Vascular Interventional) registry preferred.
- Patient Population: 0-18 years old
- Additional Information: No RTO (Return to Office) approved within the first two weeks of the assignment. Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed.
- Accountability: The facility may assign the candidate to other areas of practice within their clinical competence within thirty-five (35) miles of the original assignment location, depending on client needs.
