Job Summary:
This Pediatric Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist position is based in Tacoma, Washington. The role involves working in a level II pediatric trauma center within the Cath/EP Lab. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position primarily supports pediatric congenital diagnostic and interventional procedures, as well as electrophysiology cases. The schedule consists of 10-hour daytime shifts, and the successful candidate will participate in a department call rotation.

- Schedule: 0700-1730; 10-hour shifts
- Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience in a pediatric cath lab or similar setting, with prior experience in pediatric congenital diagnostic and interventional procedures and electrophysiology. Certifications include BLS, PALS, RCIS and/or ARRT, current Washington state Rad Tech license, and CISC license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient monitoring (sedation provided by Anesthesia), PACS system Picom, hemodynamic system Merge, and EMR Epic Cupid.

- Additional Information: No floating required. The position involves call responsibilities that include 7 call shifts (including weekends) in a 3-week rotation, with a response time of 45 minutes. Weekend call spans from EOS Friday to EOS Monday, with no sleep room available. Scrubs are provided by the hospital, and lead scrubs are also available, with extended sizing options not available for leads.
