Job Summary:
Electromyography (EMG) Technician position is available in a healthcare setting. This role involves performing electromyography procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and monitoring patient responses during tests. The position requires prior experience in electromyography and is scheduled for day shifts over a temporary assignment period.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, starting on 09/14/2026 and ending on 12/13/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in electromyography, relevant education or degree, and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior EMG experience is preferred.
- Additional Information: Duties include prepping room and patient using sterile technique, calibrating specialized equipment, reading electrocardiograms (EKGs), and monitoring patients' electrical heart activity during procedures. Candidate must be able to work a combination of day and evening rotations with shifts potentially starting between 7AM and 11AM.
