Job Summary
Dietitian – Medical City North Hills. This position involves providing nutritional assessment and education within a 166-bed medical facility. The role requires collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive dietary services to patients across various units, including Medical Surgical and Intensive Care units.
Job Details
- Position Description: Provide nutritional assessments, including evaluation for Tubefeedings, TPN, supplements, and dietary preferences; participate in patient rounding, staff meetings, resident training, and quality meetings.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Dietitian (RD), State-licensed Dietitian (LD), and licensing compliance; 0 years minimum experience; location in or near the facility; must have more than 2 years of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Float to all units, including Medical Surgical and Intensive Care units; rotate weekends as needed; no on-call required; dress code is red scrubs.
