Job Summary
Dietitian – Maryland. This role involves providing medical nutrition therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings within a healthcare facility. The position requires working with the healthcare team to assess patients’ nutritional needs, develop appropriate interventions, and educate patients and families on nutritional care.
Job Details
- Shift Time: Days
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Completion of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; licensed as a Dietitian-Nutritionist in Maryland; 0 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, including at least one year in a specialized setting.
- Additional Responsibilities: Work with the Nutrition Services department to ensure patients receive appropriate foods for their diet orders; document patient progress in the medical record; provide nutritional education to patients and their families; assess patients’ nutrition risk and needs; recommend nutrition intervention.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
