Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking a CT Technologist for a night shift position at a freestanding emergency room located in Derby, Kansas. This role involves performing diagnostic computed tomography (CT) and X-ray studies utilizing GE CT scanners and diagnostic radiology equipment. Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT in CT), Kansas state Radiologic Technologist license, BLS certification, minimum 6 months of current CT Technologist experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a freestanding emergency department, radiology procedures including diagnostic CT and X-ray studies, positive personality traits such as passion and flexibility
- Additional Information: The unit uses GE CT scanners and diagnostic radiology rooms. The team includes five staff members, with four CT/X-ray technologists and one Ultrasound technologist. The department emphasizes a patient-centered approach and values staff with a collaborative attitude.
