Job Summary:
The CT Technologist position is based in a busy acute care facility providing advanced imaging services in a Level 1 trauma and primary stroke center. This night shift role involves operating GE computed tomography (CT) scanners, performing a variety of procedures including stroke protocols, CTA chest, neck, abdomen, and cardiac studies. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team working in a fast-paced environment with an average of 130 CT scans daily.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Candidates must have at least 6 months of current acute care CT Technologist experience, ARRT (Registered Technologist in Radiography) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, active Kansas licensure, and be able to start by 10/19/2026.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE scanners and Meditech electronic medical records are desirable.
- Additional Information: The unit operates 24/7 with a lead technologist and multiple team members. The department performs a high volume of scans and requires dependable team players who work well with other departments. Dress code is black scrubs (not provided). The facility is a large trauma and stroke center with a busy CT department.
