Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) located in Sterling, Colorado. This role involves performing prescribed imaging procedures in accordance with department policies, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care. Candidates must bring their professional license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Performs prescribed procedures by following and verifying referring providers' orders, using independent judgment and established policies and procedures.
- Educates patients and their families regarding procedures and/or treatments to be performed, demonstrating professional behavior and fostering teamwork.
- Produces high-quality images and prepares them with pertinent patient information for timely interpretation, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Demonstrates competence in performing prescribed invasive/interventional procedures if applicable, and performs equipment quality control measurements, troubleshooting as necessary.
- Maintains a safe environment for patients, personnel, and visitors, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical, legal, and professional standards related to radiology practice.
- Ensures department workflow operates efficiently by monitoring supplies and inventory to prevent service interruptions.
- Independently performs procedures on patients in accordance with facility policies and protocols.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Requires national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
- Licensure by the appropriate state regulatory agency.
- BLS certification.
- Clinical knowledge typically achieved with 0 years of Radiologic Technologist experience.
- Valid certification in two or more modalities such as Radiologic (X-ray), Computed Tomography (CT), Bone Densitometry (DEXA), Mammography, Breast Sonography, or Angiography.
- Ability to work a schedule of 12 hours shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, starting from August 17, 2026.

- Additional related education and/or experience.
- Skills related to vendor requirements and schedule flexibility.
