Job Summary
CT Technologist – CT – Myrtle Beach, SC. This position performs routine computed tomography examinations for emergency department and inpatient patients, including trauma scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremity, and angiography studies. The role requires independent operation of CT equipment and compassionate patient care in a Level I trauma setting.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a Level I trauma setting; required ARRT Radiography certification; ability to independently operate CT equipment; ability to perform routine emergency department and inpatient CT examinations, including trauma scans and angiography studies.
- Preferred Qualifications: CT certification preferred.
- Schedule: Evening shifts consisting of 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The position provides clinical services for emergency department and inpatient patients only. Responsibilities include performing trauma pan scans and routine examinations of the head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities. Required uniform color is charcoal gray.
