Job Summary:
The CT Technologist position is located in a North regional free-standing emergency room. This role involves working in a dynamic environment performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including computed tomography (CT) and X-ray, with rotating weekend shifts. The candidate will contribute to providing exceptional patient care, utilizing advanced imaging equipment within a collaborative team setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: State-specific licensure or certification compatible with ARRT-CT and ARRT-R, 1 year of related experience, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficient in CT and X-ray procedures
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced ER environment, familiarity with GE imaging systems and documentation software, strong patient communication skills
- Additional Information: The position involves working with advanced imaging technology such as GE Revo Maxima CT and GE Definium Tempo Pro, with potential shifts at the main hospital campus. The team consists of ER RNs, MDs, and security personnel, supporting diagnostic imaging procedures in a new facility equipped with modern equipment. Flexibility to work rotating weekends and shifts at either the free-standing ER or main hospital will be required.
